Limited liability notice

SG Resources Inc acts solely as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, delay, or misdelivery of goods or cargo shipped through our company. Goods are handled and/or transported by third-party carriers whose terms and liability limits apply.

No automatic insurance provided

• We do not provide insurance for your goods.
• If you wish to insure your shipment, you must obtain coverage through your own private insurance provider.

Customer responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

• Declare the nature and value of all items shipped.
• Ensure all items are properly packaged and labeled.
• Comply with all laws governing the shipment of goods.

By tendering your shipment, you agree to these terms.
